Today, May 9, 2021, we have awakened with a different mood. The coffee tastes different, we hum in the shower, walking down the street promises an adventure. The atmosphere is more awake, we find more smiles … and our world has changed, and it is closer to the freedom that we could experience before a state of emergency was declared.
In Venetiis Restaurant we have assumed all the rules, taken all the measures so that our clients and team had maximum security and we have reinvented ourselves a thousand times to get air in a year where they gave it to us dosed.
Now, we feel freedom closer. Opening of borders, the occasional change in capacity and hours and a bit of a left hand to responsible hospitality, the one that has sacrificed so much to do things well, to respect the rules and to continue offering quality in service and product despite everything.
We want to address you, those of you who have been present all this time. And we are not only referring to those of you who have come to the restaurant, who have been a breath of fresh air, but also to those who wanted and could not and we are sure that we will see very soon sitting at our table. Thank you for continuing to value our work, for giving your opinion, for those comments and likes that confirm that hard work pays off.
This freedom brings news and surprises, it must be celebrated! Tomorrow we reopen our doors after a short break, and with this opening we have prepared a new seasonal menu that you can see at the beginning of our website and you can savor whenever you want.
Events are beginning to loom! To begin with, on the 22nd of this month our chef Matteo Manzato will offer a master class to prepare a first-class Italian-Malay menu at La Térmica, you are all invited to participate! We want to do 4-handed sessions again, try the world of tastings, invent appointments that you cannot say no to, and much more.
At last we see that our ideas will be able to be carried out, at last true normality begins.
