We are still recovering from the excitement we experienced yesterday at the event organized by Grupo All Stars at the NH Málaga hotel. This is the first gourmet gastronomic event held this year in Spain, and Malaga has been the best possible setting.
The IV Fiesta POP consisted of bringing together gastronomy professionals and amateurs to offer them a presentation runway of the best extra virgin olive oils, Leyenda Hams and Málaga Magnum with the gourmet proposals of 2021 and, although the capacity was limited due to to health and safety measures, the success was also undeniable.
During the IV Fiesta POP an air of hope and optimism was breathed, and the strength and enthusiasm of all the chefs and professionals who, together with our chef Matteo Manzato, came to the appointment with a fresh, innovative and creative proposal was felt. The motivation was clear, to represent their restaurants in the best way and to show that, although the current situation is not the easiest, they were all full of energy and strength to get ahead and continue with their brilliant careers.

Italian-Malaga fusion cuisine is our particular brand and we decided to also take it to an event like this to delight all attendees. We had a great raw material, the Italian products of the Apoza brand, with which show recipes can easily be made.
The result was a ajoblanco with paccheri (a type of tube-shaped pasta), pickled sardines and burrata, the traditional fresh buffalo milk cheese. From the combination of these ingredients and the techniques of our chef, a different, very tasty and striking-looking dish emerged that did not leave anyone indifferent.
The reunions with colleagues, the rush that only an event like the IV Fiesta POP is capable of giving you, the encouragement through social networks, the involvement of the organization… everything made yesterday very, very special for Matteo Manzato and the rest of the Venetiis Restaurant team.
