Our menu leaves a special place on the charcoal grill that we have in our kitchen. Thanks to it we can offer you the meat with all its essence, its juices and its most natural flavor, always seasoned by the fantastic complements that our chef Matteo Manzato devises.

Among our grilled dishes you can fin the Argentinean angus entrecôte (300g., 500g. and up to 1kg.), beef tenderloin, Iberian pork shoulder and pork, chops and lamb shoulder, barbecued pork ribs, chicken breast with a spectacular flavor and, of course, our roast beef strip, which is having so much success and which you can find in our tasting menu.

Elaborate meat dishes


Are you looking for a more sophisticated meat dish? You have come to the right place. The philosophy of Venetiis Restaurant is to give priority to the main element of the dish, and in this case we can find some top quality protagonists: the Malaga suckling goat, duck or beef.


Our suckling goat specialties are the Goat Tenderloin with mead, a dish that has emerged from the collaboration with the countrymen Mjolner Hidromiel, the Carré of suckling goat, hazelnuts and red wine sauce, a filling dish perfect for this season of the year. and our more than well-known Lasagna crunchy with suckling goat, which is also in solidarity in collaboration with Cudeca!

Veal also occupies an important place among our elaborations, and even more so with one of our latest additions to the menu, the Tagliatelle Cacio e Pepe dish, whick is having a brutal success thanks to the creaminess of the sauce and the cut and point exact of the veal.

Birds are also welcome in our kitchen. In addition to making dishes for specific events where we include partridge or pigeon, in the Venetiis Restaurant menu we can find a bird with a lot of personality and flavor, the duck. We offer it as Duck Carpaccio with fresh Italian truffle and in a Duck Confit, accompanied by sweet potato puree and seasoned sprouts.
