We are still savoring the success of the From Italy to Japan event, held a few days ago at Venetiis Restaurant. The night promised to be special, since the seating capacity was full and the dishes devised by Matteo Manzato and Carlos Navarro took care of even the smallest detail. The only problem was the threat of rain, but … who was going to miss the opportunity to try a menu like this?

The key to the night: the quality of the ingredients

Having prodigious hands in the kitchen can make a large following, but we know from experience that this is not enough. Fresh fish, well-treated meat and freshly picked vegetables from the land make the difference when it comes to making elaborations as complex and special as those of our From Italy to Japan event.

Ready to fall in love at first sight? This is the selection of dishes that our chefs presented in the Italian-Japanese night. It was a combination of tradition and innovation, of cultures, of unexpected textures and flavors, and the choice of pairing was exceptional, a perfect complement that enhanced the sensations.

The real stars, our clients

We did not stop repeating on networks and this same blog that the night From Italy to Japan was a success, but what we want to highlight is that it was thanks to all the clients who decided to face the rain and come to have a fun time and fun with us. Friends, colleagues and new additions to the Venetiis family filled the room with laughter, chats and sepulchral silences when trying the dish that had just been placed on the table.

The event exceeded absolutely all our expectations, for which we want to give a sincere THANK YOU to all involved: Málaga al Día y ACEB Benalmádena for the dissemination, the kitchen and living room team, those who are always there and especially Carlos Navarro, a colleague and friend with whom, surely, we will agree to enjoy together our passion, cooking.
